With this new warehouse concept designed by Mecalux’s robotics department, Desguace Malvarrosa has distributed all the parts conveniently stored according to its shape and size: exhaust pipes in cantilever racks, smaller products in conventional picking racks, an Automated pallet warehouse with double depth for heavy elements and another automated warehouse for boxes where storing the rest. A management software developed by Mecalux manages tasks such as stock control and order preparation. The project allowed Desguaces Malvarrosa to gain capacity, reduce space and offer a highly efficient service to its customers.
