The ultimate in high density pallet storage. A flat horizontal high density pallet flow system that required no motors, no electrical power, no tilted incline or gravity feed carts like conventional pallet flow or push back racks. This system uses chained guide rails that allow you to store and retrieve horizontally stored pallets up to 15 deep.

This is a video from a recent installation of this innovative high-density pallet flow rail system. In a traditional flow rack system, you must allow enough slope for the pallets to flow forward when one is removed. Due to the unique “full-chain loop” design of these rails, simply pulling a load out moves the next pallet towards the front of the pick face. Likewise, pushing a pallet in moves all the rest of them back.
