Table Lift, model G1, with CRANK-mechanism – The Established System for Single Pedestal Tables!

In G1, great attention was given to designing a sound guiding device free from play. This allows tabletops with diameters up to 1000mm (≈ 40″) to be mounted with excellent stability. The gear system requires very few revolutions in order to achieve a high path adjustment of 170 mm (≈ 7″). This mechanism is designed for mounting from underneath or from above.

The ultimate in high density pallet storage. A flat horizontal high density pallet flow system that required no motors, no electrical power, no tilted incline or gravity feed carts like conventional pallet flow or push back racks. This system uses chained guide rails that allow you to store and retrieve horizontally stored pallets up to 15 deep.

This is a video from a recent installation of this innovative high-density pallet flow rail system. In a traditional flow rack system, you must allow enough slope for the pallets to flow forward when one is removed. Due to the unique “full-chain loop” design of these rails, simply pulling a load out moves the next pallet towards the front of the pick face. Likewise, pushing a pallet in moves all the rest of them back.
