“A flexible project efficiently adapted to our production system”, this is how Alzamora’s Packaging logistics responsible defined the automated warehouse designed by Mecalux Group.

With a capacity of 8000 pallets, the new storage facility, has been designed with a self-supported reinforced structure due to the seismic zone in which it is located and projected in front of the adjacent industrial plant in a “U” shape so that all production processes begin and end in the warehouse.
This warehouse was designed to locate both raw materials and tools and all manufactured products. It’s easily managed with the software developed by Mecalux, which not only allows but also manages stock movements performed on it. Two stacker cranes, 24 meters high with double-depth racks and a shuttle
that connects the header to the rest of the facility have optimized the logistics system of the plant.
Alzamora, a packaging company specialised in high quality printings and other services has now a fully automated warehouse, integrated with their own production systems.
