These Pendaflex Reversaflex SpeedFrame hanging folder frames adjust to letter or legal size. They come with instructions that look easy. The reason for this video is that the frames cannot be put together according to the instructions. Since I went the distance to put his two sets together, I thought I would share my experience with assembling these.
