This is the terrifying moment a group of pals in Russia launched each other off the side of a high rise building – using a homemade rope swing.

Using the snow-covered roof as a ramp, the daredevil teenagers push one of their female pals off the side of the structure as she screams in terror.

The girl can be seen plunging towards the floor before the tension in her rope finally tightens just a metres from the frosty ground below.

As she swings uncontrollably between the two concrete structures, the girl continues to scream, no doubt praying the rope is strong enough to absorb the impact of the jump.

The video was shared on Facebook on March 2 and has gone viral after racking up an impressive 6.9 million views.

Thankfully, the girl appeared to escape the fall without any injuries – but this is one stunt we wouldn’t recommend trying at home.
