The ultimate in high density pallet storage. This system uses chained guide rails that allow you to store and retrieve horizontally stored pallets up to 15 deep.
This is a video from a recent installation of this innovative high-density pallet flow rail system. In a traditional flow rack system, you must allow enough slope for the pallets to flow forward when one is removed. Due to the unique “full-chain loop” design of these rails, simply pulling a load out moves the next pallet towards the front of the pick face. Likewise, pushing a pallet in moves all the rest of them back.
