FBI can listen to your phone conversations when your phone is turned off. FBI reroutes their target’s ISP to a government run server and can watch everything their target is accessing online.

From above a satellite, drone, etc focuses in on the Extra Low Frequency (ELF) brain waves emitted by the target which is relayed to a monitoring station on land. Usually there are two individuals working in tandem, one is tracking the satellite to your brain’s speech center and another is transcribing your thoughts into text. If you are carrying an electronic device that has a tracking/gps signal built or bugged in it or the newer EMV chipped credit card or key, this makes the process of tracking your brain waves while you’re ambulating easier. Federal Agents, County Sheriff, local cops, informants, police volunteers access the target’s inner voice conversation by receiving SMS text messages or listening to a live audio feed. The individual will be reading/scrolling down series after series of received text messages and are not replying to the sender. As the published study reported, we emit an extremely low frequency (ELF) from our brain.
