Automatic Insulating Glass / Structural Glass Production Line and Structural Glass & Aluminium Frame Assembling and Bonding Line is connected with automatic insulating glass production line and it is designed to combine structural glass and pre-fabricated aluminium frame, to apply silicone bonding around the frame and to store finished products in the shelf stock system. Assembled and bonding process’s finished frames can be automatically loaded and stored to shelf stock system that works with elevator system. All floors are connected to automated inventory system is working with a barcode system. The stored frames can be recalled from stock-based projects as and when is required. Shelves in the floor stock system is designed to operate independently in their own single rack system. On every floor; single, double or quadruple frames can be kept left to drying thus finished products are prevented from left to dry on the floor in the factory and maximum space savings are provided.
