Die Logistik in unserem Hauptgebäude in Gwatt/Thun platzt aus allen Nähten deshalb haben wir vor einiger Zeit eine neue Logistikhalle extern angemietet. In diesen Räumlichkeiten werden nun etappenweise die Logistikabläufe mit einem hohen Automatisierungsgrad neu realisiert. Kürzlich wurde als erste Massnahme eine Verschieberegalanlage in Betrieb genommen.
Die Erstellung der Verschieberegalanlage erfolgte in zwei Etappen im Frühling bzw. Sommer 2015. In der Lagerhalle mit einem Volumen von 15‘000 m3 wurde die Anlage mit über 7000 Stellplätzen erstellt. Das Lager ist für eine Belastung von 950 kg pro Euro-Palette ausgelegt.
Mit der Inbetriebnahme der Verschieberegalanlage ist der erste Teil des Gesamtprojekts abgeschlossen.

Nächste Schritte sind die Gestaltung des Wareneingangs, ein automatisches Kleinteilelager/Schmalganglager und die nötigen Kommissionierplätze. Das neue Logistikkonzept soll bis Sommer 2016 komplett umgesetzt werden.
