Apparently via gang stalking, were attempting to get me paranoid about their civil rights violating surveillance tactics.
FBI has the capabilities to read their target’s silent words on their computer screen. They also are able to bug any battery operated device you purchase online, they have undercover agents working at the USPS, FedEx, UPS shipping hubs and can swap an exact item you purchased but it has been bugged. FBI can listen to your phone conversations when your phone is turned off. FBI reroutes their target’s ISP to a government run server and can watch everything their target is accessing online.
From above a satellite, drone, etc focuses in on the Extra Low Frequency (ELF) brain waves emitted by the target which is relayed to a monitoring station on land. Usually there are two individuals working in tandem, one is tracking the satellite to your brain’s speech center and another is transcribing your thoughts into text. If you are carrying an electronic device that has a tracking/gps signal built or bugged in it or the newer EMV chipped credit card or key, this makes the process of tracking your brain waves while you’re ambulating easier. Federal Agents, County Sheriff, local cops, informants, police volunteers access the target’s inner voice conversation by receiving SMS text messages or listening to a live audio feed. The individual will be reading/scrolling down series after series of received text messages and are not replying to the sender. Another red flag is the text message boxes are all on 1 column in 1 color.

If you’re adamant your neighbor(s), gov’t employee, etc are organized stalking against you, gather video evidence and hire a digital private investigator to obtain a copy of current & deleted text messages on their phone(s). Verizon holds text messages on their servers for 14 days.

As the published study reported, we emit an extremely low frequency (ELF) from our brain. The FBI is currently able to listen on an individual’s inner voice without the need of any surgically implanted or wearable probe to the brain. And they are currently utilizing it domestically, hidden from the public eye.

The threat of these technologies being abused and used in staged terror events to stoke mass fears and insecurity to promote the public to willfully give up their civil rights, privacy and Bill of Rights is a clear and present danger that needs to be addressed now. All that is needed is access to the FBI terrorist watch list, mind reading and brain to brain communication to direct the target to carry out the staged terror event they desire to take place. As you can glean from my other videos, key positions in the emergency response, law enforcement, federal agencies are already infiltrated with roles to cover up the real tracks.
Unless us Americans pass laws to ban mind reading technology, government employees like FBI, Sheriff department, local police, police volunteers, etc will continue to utilize and abuse it to extort/incriminate and organize stalk innocent lives (civil/political activists, whistleblowers, press, religious groups) and bypass the US Constitution’s checks and balances. Worse our livelihoods are threatened by unelected deep state individuals working behind the curtains desiring to turn this country into a secular, George Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty Four type omnipresent government surveillance state.
