I purchased these racks from Home Depot online service, they were delivered to Lake Wales Florida… And I return them back to Home Depot located in Lake Wales Florida…… but they were shipped by United Parcel Service to their store, which is all possible that it happened in shipping…. But we all know how good UPS treats all of your packages……..
